A visit from Stopsley Baptist Church.

It’s been nine (9) years since God brought me to England to do a mission exposure trip as part of exchange program of Stopsley Baptist Church with Youth Mobilization. It was a humbling experience for me to visit a known-rich country. I have learn a lot from my 4months experience which somewhat led me to have a missionary heart and made me commit myself to a full time work with Youth Mobilization.

Since then up to now, it is exciting to see how God still given us opportunity to keep the connection between this church from England to us, Youth Mobilization, here in Philippines. Though, we are million miles apart but our heart still joined together to work with the poor.

From time to time, Stopsley Baptist Church sends youth to do missions work with Youth Mobilization and IT Tender. This has been a blessing for us to see their young people willingly brave the challenges of cultures just to be a symbol of God’s love to people we are ministering.

This week, 4 girls from SBC are visiting and working with Youth Mobilization. They will get involved with I-Bike (a mobile school project) and other YM ministries. We are excited how this visit will strengthened the connection between SBC and YM.
Lizzy celebrates her birthday with us.

Because of this visit, while I am giving orientation to them this morning, I was reminded how God orchestrates things for His’ purpose. We are happy to see how SBC loves Philippines by sending youth from their church to visit and work with us. We, the YM team are blessed by this connection and by their friendship that has build throughout the years.
